Landmark is originally a writer and director for the stage. He has directed several short films, documentaries, and dramatized documentaries. In 2017, he became part the alumni of the prestigious NorwegianFilmSchool, with a master ‘s degree in screenwriting. His exam feature film as a writer, AS I FALL, was nominated for the Norwegian Amanda awards in four categories and won international awards.
In 2019 Landmark directed TØNES, a cinema documentary, which received the honor of being the closingfilmat at TheNorwegianFilmFestival - A venue he returned to in 2022 with the premiere of thefilm NORWEGIANMUSKOX - STORY OF AN IMAGE, a portrait of the artist Sverre Malling.
Landmark works as a screenwriter for animated films, currently collaborating with the acclaimedstudio Qvisten Animation. He has worked as a script consultant, for instance on the international documentary DRONE directed by the award winning Tonje Hessen Schei. Landmark is a writer on Schei‘s upcoming project THE UPGRADE. He has also published several books for children.
"K-town" will be his debut as a feature film director.
